Cancel my membership

We are sorry to see you go. Tell us when, and we will take it from there.

Memberships require 30 days notice to cancel. If you are billed on the 8th and you submit this on the 15th, your final payment still runs on the 8th of next month, with nothing after that.

Monthly and annual contracts both require 30 days notice. There are no early cancellations or refunds for annual contracts, even if you are moving.

Cancellations are not permitted directly following a freeze.

Use the address your membership is billed under so we can find you.

Would you like to use your last membership payment towards a discounted 10 class package that never expires at $350?

Choosing yes means those 10 classes stay on your account and never expire.
