Our Classes

APEX is unlike any exercise class you’ve been to before. Heart-pumping, body-toning, & failure-driven, APEX will elevate your physical conditioning to its highest point. Classes are designed to work your slow-twitch muscle fibers while staying in time under tension with customizable spring loads for every exercise. It can take 3 classes to 3 months to understand the method, exercises, and transitions, so stay with it to achieve mind-blowing results.

 
  • APEX Foundations

    Class begins with an introduction to the method, the machine and muscular engagement. Classes are open to beginners and advanced students who want to prioritize their alignment and move more slowly than APEX 1. While no APEX class is easy, Foundations will help students transition to APEX 1 and 2. Foundations is a perfect complement to your yoga and fitness lifestyle.

  • APEX 1

    This high-intensity, low impact resistance training class is a set sequence to help you build your skills and cultivate deep core strength and long, lean musculature. Expect a vibrant atmosphere, bumpin’ beats and a full-body shake.

  • APEX 2

    Push yourself to the limit. APEX 2’s diverse sequence offerings will challenge your endurance, increase stamina, and build mental resilience. APEX 2 classes utilize the diverse exercises available on the machine, with more complex transitions than APEX 1.

  • APEX BLACKOUT

    These classes feature louder music, fewer cues and all the lights off except the machine LEDs. APEX 1 BLACKOUT sequence remains unchanged. APEX 2 BLACKOUT sequences will vary. Use powerful music and absence of lights to drop in deeper. This is for the pros that want to push themselves further.

    With minimal exercise cueing, we strongly recommend having taken 5 or more APEX 1 classes before you kick it up to APEX 1 or 2 BLACKOUT.

  • APEX Deep Space

    This class brings the quick, fluid pace of modern Pilates to the APEX machine. This is a set sequence that relies on variable spring resistance to challenge the stability and mobility of your joints through a larger range of motion at a breath-to-movement tempo.

    This is our lowest impact offering and is accessible and challenging for students of all levels.

    Students familiar with classical pilates will feel right at home.

  • APEX FLEX

    FLEX classes are meant to complement full length APEX classes and/or Yoga Pod classes. Stack these classes before or after your favorite APEX 1 or 2 for more shake. These classes are 20-30 minute workouts targeting specific muscle groups.

    • FULL BODY is perfect for a full body workout on a tight schedule

    • UPPER BODY classes target your arms, chest, and back.

    • LOWER BODY classes target your quads, hamstrings, inner thighs, outer thighs, calves and glutes.

    • CORE classes target your center core & obliques.
